⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience at Britannia Restaurant I visited Britannia today with my family and ordered the Chicken Valdostana. Instead of the classic recipe with mushrooms and white sauce, it arrived covered in red tomato sauce. When I politely asked the waitress why the dish wasn’t prepared as it normally should be, she bluntly replied that “this is how the cook makes it.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to help. Even though it was obvious I wasn’t eating the food, she said nothing, simply cleared the untouched plate at the end and brought the bill as if nothing had happened. What made the situation worse is that there seemed to be no supervisor or manager on duty. All the servers acted as if they were in charge, but none showed any initiative, care, or empathy. This was especially disappointing as it was my third day in a row dining there — and just two days earlier, both the food quality and service had been excellent. Unfortunately, this experience shows what happens when a place becomes overconfident and stops listening to its guests. Poor service, poor attitude, and zero effort to resolve a simple issue. I won’t be returning again.

A very nice place to spend some quality time with your friends. It looks very good, be it inside or on the terrace. The food is varied and very tasty. I haven't tried the pizza although it seems to be very praised among reviewers, but the other meals are very good and also fancy. The star of the evening was clearly the Ratatouille. Its taste was something truly unique, one that made it stand out! The service was also something to talk about. Beside it being prompt and accurate, our waitress was the funniest that we've ever met, making us laugh and feel good every time she came to our table! A big kudos to her!

While visiting Bucharest, if you find yourself in the Rahova area, make sure to visit Britannia restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find this elegant restaurant, where we indulged some delicious traditional dishes and deserts. We loved the terrace, the atmosphere, and the impeccable service. Pictures do no justice to the delicious taste of the food. Each dish was absolutely mouthwatering. One note: parking could be hard to find since the restaurant is in the residential area.

Horrible experience on all levels. Ultra noisy, food came more than one hour after we ordered it and it didn't match our expectations at all. Plus, the waitors opened the door wide just in front of our table with all cold wind entering into us. Definitely the worst restaurant we have been in Bucharest.

The waiters need to pay more attention when they take the orders. The order wasn't complete with all the requested dishes they forgot to make the right plates. Long waiting time for the meal to be served. The food was excellent!
