We had to wait 50mins in the bar area, standing and with people passing around you, just to be seated. Okay, we didnt have a reservation and is nice that they take guesys spontaneously, but I think the waiting time should be reduced, is a bit too much. The place is clearly very touristy and they cater to tourists. Menu with english, waiters who speak english, receptionists welcome u in eng. The building is super nice and pretty. Traditional wood and with nice painted glass. They have their own brewed house beer, which tastes light and fresh, but not strong. I had the Rib Eye steak, which is served with french fries, ketchup and garlic mayo? Sadly it was HORRIBLE. Rubbery, dry, disgusting. The fries were soggy and soft, as if soaked in a lot of oil for just a short period of time. My bf got the cauliflower slice with some tomato sauce, that was ok. Some dip with chips and then some extra potatoes so he cud feel full. Portions outside of the main meat platters are rather small. The waiter just came to take our order and never ever came back. We had to order the extra potatoes through the app as he was never around the area. But of course, when paying, he asked if we wanted to leave tip, suggesting the tip percentages written in the bill. That would be ok if you actually did your job, but when taken for granted and still demanding it at the end, definitely not correct. The place also had a nice show with 2 couples of dancers who did Latino rythms and classical dancing, then other 2 couples who did Romanian traditional dancing. Both the groups in all rythms invited guests to dance with them and the environment was super fun due to it. They saved the night for us, to be honest. Overall, crowded, touristy, and in my opinion, you can eat better for more affoedable prices in Bucharest.

Had a lovely late lunch here. The menu is fairly large but not really that expensive given this is perhaps the best known restaurant in Bucharest. You have to go inside, this is such a lovely building. The food was delicious and our server Angelica was very friendly, attentive and informative. Service was excellent. Book early to avoid disappointment.

First of all, we made a reservation a few days in advance in order to sit on the balcony. Finding a reservation—especially on the balcony and after 7:00 PM—is quite difficult, as the traditional dance show starts at 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, we couldn’t catch the show, but the atmosphere was wonderful. The waiters and all the staff were very polite. Andreea took care of us, and she was extremely kind and attentive. As for the food, we started with the pumpkin soup. It was good, but if I go again, I probably wouldn’t choose it. For the main course, we ordered the mixed grill, which was more than sufficient for two people. It included two different sausages, two mici, one piece of chicken breast, and one piece of pork. My favorites were the cheese-filled sausage and the mici. We also tried their traditional drink. For dessert, we chose sour cherry sauce and blueberry sauce—the blueberry one was my favorite. Overall, we left very happy and satisfied. 😊

Excellent meal for my wife and I. We noticed the pork knuckle for two is very large, so we got a single person serving of it (a half pork knuckle) and we ordered a Greek salad and bread to go with it. It was perfect. The knuckle was fabulous and the salad was excellent too. And to finish it off we got two of the donuts. They were served fresh and hot and we're fabulous. The live entertainment was nice too. Only thing we wish it was a little less expensive, but it was a great experience. I recommend making a reservation. They were seating people without reservations but we had a nicer table with a better view due to the reservation. Our waitress was also very sweet
