This is a gem of a restaurant, in a non-descript location. Excellent food and wine list, for great prices. Portions are american size, with the "fasole cu ciolan" portion absolutely huge. Did I say the wine list was great? The most expensive wine was about 30 USD, for a top of the line, while an average bottle is about 10-15 USD. Do not skip the appetizers - we had grilled peppers and eggplant salad to start, and both were delicious. Service is OK, watchout for some fairly inexperienced new hires.

The restaurant itself was nice, has an air-conditioned area and has 3 floors. The design looks very classy, however the food was so-so.

I went to eat, the waiter was very nice, but I left my hat in the restaurant when I left. I contacted them by phone and they said they had the hat (they had described what it looked like) and asked me to go to their restaurant the next day to get it. When I went the next day, the front desk told me that the waiters were not the same as yesterday and today, and she didn't know, so she asked me to come tomorrow. I went back the third day, and it was the same waiter. After looking for it, they told me: "We didn't see the hat, sorry" and asked me to come back tomorrow. I went again and again, but they refused to return my hat! I was very angry about this.
